Teddy Bear Workshop

Join us this August 5 + 6, as we uncover all the tricks, to work with fondant effectively.  This is a great class to start your cake decorating journey! You will be working on your own 6" cake, and it's yours to bring home! 

 Learn how to cut, layer, and fill a 6" cake (pre-baked)
 Learn how to coat a cake with chocolate ganache, to achieve sharp edges 
 Learn how to cover a cake with fondant icing to achieve sharp edges 
 Make a structural sound, teddy bear and cute picnic decorations 
 Make a chalkboard plaque and paint a name 

 Lunch and refreshments will be provided on both days. Class time will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the first day. And the second day, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
