Vanilla Raspberry Cake

One of our signature flavours. Soft vanilla cake layers are dotted with raspberries, then sandwiched with Raspberry buttercream and homemade Raspberry compote

Note: The pink hue may vary from time to time, depending on the raspberries. Sometimes, the raspberries inside the cake layers may turn purple/blue during baking. This is due to the reaction of the heat and baking soda that turn the raspberries blue-ish. This is very normal.
